# BetInfo24 Football Pool Syndicate Terms & Conditions

## Entry & Prize Pools
1. The syndicate enters weekly into the rollover Pick 15 Football 1X2 pool (or similar) as its primary activity.
2. The main prize pool is currently over £1m but may fluctuate due to winners at any time.
3. The syndicate may also enter bonus pools during the week at our discretion.
4. During weeks without major pool events, the syndicate will enter one or more smaller prize pools to maximize winning opportunities.

## Shares & Payouts
1. Members purchase shares on a weekly basis either via subscription or as a once off purchase. Members may purchase up to 10 shares each week.
2. All payouts are calculated based on the number of shares purchased relative to the total shares sold that week.
3. Winnings under £1000 in total may be reinvested on behalf of members. Full details of reinvestment will be provided.
4. Winnings totalling £1000 and above will be distributed according to shares purchased on a per-share basis.
5. Payouts will be made via PayPal or alternative means as directed by members.
6. The syndicate reserves the right to charge a small processing fee for payouts.

## Disclaimers
1. The syndicate is not responsible for prize pool fluctuations.
2. Prize amounts may be smaller than expected due to shared prizes with other winners.
3. All syndicate decisions regarding which pools to enter are final.
4. BetInfo24 enters the football pool using one or more third parties. We will not be held responsible should the third party declare a prize void for whatever reason beyond our control. In the unlikely event of this occurring, BetInfo24 will refund member contributions for that week.
5. In the event that a prize is distributed over a time period instead of as a lump sum, we will distribute this prize as the funds become available by the third party provider.

By purchasing shares, members agree to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions can change at any time.
